As a professional magician, Darric Martinez has been entertaining his audiences with a unique blend of visual and comedy magic for six years. "My goal as a magician/entertainer is to leave the audience with the gift of wonder, delivered with a strong dose of laughter!"

Darric was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, and spent the last ten years in Oregon. Moving to Eugene with his brother, Justin, they performed music at hundreds of shows. Their band, Basic Assumption, is now called STILL SUIT.

No longer in the band, Darric still loves to play music. This magical musician is also a painter and a digital artist, earning his degree in video production and multimedia arts.

While in school, Darric met his lovely fiance, Anne Wilson. Together, they are currently working to incorporate Anne into his magical shows as "the beautiful assistant". Recently moving to Tucson, Anne will continue to work towards her Master Degree at the U of A, while Darric amazes with his magic.
